  HAROLD J. DEEM
  
    Harold Jay Deem, 68, of Dundalk, Md., died Dec. 27, 1982, at the Church
  Home Hospital, Baltimore, Md.
    He was born Oct. 6, 1914, in Garrett County, Md., son of the late Joseph
  and Clara (Colflesh) Deem.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Clara M. Zinn; a son, Robert L.,
  of Dundalk; one granddaughter.  He was the brother of: Walter, Akron, Ohio;
  Robert, Phelps, N.Y.; Wilbur, Clyde and Mrs. Leland (Mary) Walker, all of
  Berlin RD 3; Fred and Mrs. Mabel Walker, both of Berlin; and Mrs. Forrest
  (Jean) Romesberg of Meyersdale.
    He was retired from Bethlehem Steel.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where
  services were held Thursday, the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson and the Rev. Ralph
  E. Mills officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
