  DEETER
  
    Margaret Elizabeth Deeter, 91, of Berlin, died Monday, July 8, 2002, at 
  Somerset Hospital.  Born May 23, 1911, in Brotherton, she was the daughter of 
  Charles and Belinda (Baker) May.  Preceded in death by her parents, husband 
  Elkins Clayton Deeter, brothers James Milton and Robert Wilson May, and a 
  sister, Mary Elta Bingner.  Survived by children, Betty Lou, married to Jack 
  Hess, Berlin, Robert E., married to the former Anna Hilda Hernandez, Easton; 
  grandchildren, Brian, Michael and Mark Hess, Barbara Jean Hutton, Christopher 
  R. Deeter, Walter Cordero and Christine Hernandez; 12 great-grandchildren and 
  two sisters-in-law, Pauline May, Greenville and Lois May, Davidsville.  She was 
  a member of the Berlin Brethren Church and the Berlin VFW Auxiliary.  Family 
  will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Deaner Funeral 
  Home, Berlin, where services will be held 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Owen 
  Preston officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Memorial 
  contributions may be sent to the Berlin Brethren Church, 620 Main St., Berlin, 
  Pa. 15530
