  DEIST
  
    Albert E. Deist, 65, Salisbury RD 1 died July 18, 1980, at home.  Born Dec 
  22, 1914, in Northampton Township, he was a son of the late Charles and Minnie 
  (Kroushour) Deist.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Jennie Keefer; also by two 
  brothers: Charles Deist and Robert Deist.  He is survived by a brother, William 
  C. Deist, Northampton Township; and three sisters: Mrs. Mary H. Folk, Salisbury 
  RD 1; Mrs. Ella E. Schrader, Orlando, Fla., and Mrs. Florence M. Poorbaugh, 
  Corrigansville, Md.
    He was a retired farmer and a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, 
  Salisbury.
    Friends were received in the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services 
  were held with the Rev. Maurice R. Smith Jr. officiating.
    Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, friends were asked to 
  make contributions to St. John's United Church of Christ Memorial Fund.
