  DEIST  
  
    Cloyd B. Deist, 59, of Meyersdale, died April 19, 1982 Memorial Hospital
  Johnstown.  He was born June 29, 1922 in Northampton Twp.
    He was a son of the late Dennis and Mayme (Baughman) Deist.  He is
  survived by his wife the former Thelma (Butler) and these children: Cloyd
  B. Deist Jr., of Somerset; Richard G., Meyersdale RD 3; Betty Jo Sipple,
  Meyersdale RD 4; and Shirley Hickman, of Rockville, Md., also nine
  grandchildren, one brother, Clyde, of Frostburg, Md.  He was a life member
  of the Meyersdale Volunteer Fire Dept.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale where
  services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Bobby Phillips
  and the Rev. Al Valentine officiating.  Interment Union Cemetery,
  Meyersdale.
