  Mrs. Leora Alverda Deist, 77, Meyersdale RD 4, died Nov. 7, 1987, at Sacred
  Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born May 16, 1910, in Larimer Township,
  daughter of the late Peter and Sue (Ackerman) Felker.  Preceded in death by
  husband, William Henry, and an infant son.  Survived by these daughters:
  Mrs. Ruth McNelly, Rockwood RD 1; Miss Edna, and Joan, wife of Carl Smith,
  both Meyersdale RD 4; and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Mary Wiedner, Berlin RD 4. 
  Friends will be received in the Leckemby Funeral Home Monday 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m., where services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Lamar
  Bender officiating.  Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
