Patriot St. Somerset, died June 28 in Somerset Community Hospital. She was born Jan. 23, 1888, in Somerset and was a daughter of the late Louis C. and Mary Knable Colborn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard H. who died in 1958, and by a sister, Mrs. Louise Mason and a brother, John A. She is survived by three nephews and three nieces. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Fortnightly Club, Past Regent of Forbes Chapter D.A.R. She had served as organist for St. Paul's Reformed Church for 16 years and served as organist and choir director at the First Christian Church 24 1/2 years. She had also taught piano lessons at her home. Attended Wilson College and Mt. Pleasant Institute and has studied church music with Mable McKinley Baer for five years. She was a graduate of Somerset High School, Class of 1905. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 today (Monday) in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Paul Weber officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery. A Musicale Memorial Fund is being established in memory of Mrs. DeLong.
