Born June 21, 1922 in Gray. Son of Panfilo "Patsy" and Giulia (Censurato) Del Signore. Preceded in death by parents; three infant brothers; sister Amelia Paugh; and brother Anthony J. Survived by wife the former Loretta Faye (Ankeny) Kuhns; sons George C. DelSignore, married to Denise Chester of Oak Hill, Va., Barry McClintock and wife Barb, Rich Kuhns and wife Cindy, and Rex Kuhns and wife Bonnie; granddaughter Marissa; grandsons Chad, Chase and Travis; sisters Anne, widow of John Wozniak, and Susan wife of Joseph Leosewski, both of Gray, and Virginia wife of William Douglas, Cortland, N.Y. Former sister-in-law Victoria (Pronesti) DelSignore-Thomas of Boswell. Also survived by numerous other relatives, including special nieces, Connie and Linda Wozniak. Graduate of Somerset High School, Army veteran of World War II, having served with the first division in the battle of Normandy and being twice wounded in action. Charter member of Ligonier Post 734 VFW, retired owner/operator of George's Summit Bar, Route 30 at the top of Laurel Mountain, and enjoyed hunting and gardening. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday. Funeral mass at 10 a.m. Monday at All Saints Chapel, Acosta, Rev. father Martin Breski, OFM Conv. Committal Husband Cemetery, Somerset. Graveside military rite Menoher Post 155 VFW Ritual Team.
