    Theresa M. (Leshok) Deluca, 60, of Atlantic Street, Boswell, died Jan.
  23, 2000, at Windber Hospice.  Born Dec. 15, 1939, in Acosta.  Daughter of
  Michael and Mary (Kaminski) Leshok.  Preceded in death by parents; brothers
  John and Andy Zurvensky and Albert and Frank Leshok.  Survived by husband,
  Dominic "Chick"; two sons, Marc, married to former Carrie Boucher,
  Baltimore, Md.; and Michael, married to former Christina Roberts,
  Harrisburg: six grandchildren: Erica, Alison, Samuel, Morgan, Matthew, and
  Monica.  Sister of Helen (Zurvensky), widow of Frank Kerch, Mechanicsburg;
  and Catherine (Leshok), married to William Maraugha, Boswell.  Member of
  All Saints Catholic Parish.  Volunteer for Boswell Senior Center.  Past
  employee of the former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell, and
  People's Bank, Somerset.  Observed 41st wedding anniversary April 19,
  1999.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-9 p.m. Wednesday at the
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased
  will be held Wednesday afternoon.  Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Thursday at All
  Saints Chapel, Acosta.  Rev. Father Martin Breski, OFM Conv., Celebrant. 
  Committal Mount Carmel Cemetery, Jenner Crossroads.  In lieu of flowers, 
  memorial contributions may be sent to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave.,
  Windber, Pa. 15963,  or the American Cancer Society, 135 Osborne St.,
