    DEMKO
    Michael Demko, 82, 147 School Avenue, Jerome, died May 5, 1983, at
  Memorial Hospital.  Born Oct. 14, 1900, in Czechoslovakia.  Preceded in
  death by parents; wife, former Anna Fejedelem, who died Oct. 6, 1981;
  infant son, John; several sisters and brothers.  Survived by these
  children: Anna, wife of Joseph Bohach, Central City; Irene, wife of Richard
  Jenkins, Georgetown, Del.; Michael, San Jose, Calif.; Mary Ann, wife of
  Raymond Houser, Blairsville; 9 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. 
  Charter member of Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Jerome,
  where he served many years as president.  Also, member of Tire Hill Local
  998, UMW of A; president of National Slovak Society, Jerome Branch;
  resident of Jerome for past 53 years.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeal Home, 227
  Allegheny Street, Boswell, where prayer service will be held at 8:15 a.m.
  Monday followed by Funeral Liturgy at 9 a.m. at Ss. Peter and Paul Church
  with the Rev. Thomas Gran officiating.  Interment, Church Cemetery.
