    Clyde F. Demmitt, 94, of Ursina died May 22, 1981, in Maple Mountain
  Manor, Berlin.
    He was born Jan. 9, 1887, in Somerset County, a son of the late Andrew
  Jackson and Jennie (Ferrel) Demmitt.  He is survived by two nieces and two
  nephews.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters,
  Mrs. Nellie Dodsworth and Mrs. Edna Blades, and one brother, Scott.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where
  funeral services were held with the Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating. 
  Interment, Ursina Cemetery.
