She was born in Elk Lick Township, Somerset County, on December 7, 1896. She was a daughter of Charles and Effie (Williams) Pyle. She was preceded in death by husband Clyde Deniker, a son Clarence, of Grove City and a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Snyder, of Harrisville; by parents; a sister, Mrs. Marie Wright and one brother Atley Pyle. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jane Neyman, Grove City RD 1; three sisters, Mrs. Essie Engle, Meyersdale RD 1; Mrs. Elsie Holler and Mrs. Grace Holler, Boynton; two brothers, Floyd Pyle, of West Newton and Jack Pyle, Salisbury; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was a resident of Grove City for 55 years and was a member of the Scotch Hill United Presbyterian Church and its Womens' Missionary Society. She had taught school at Boynton and Fairhope. Funeral services were held at the John C. Dorr Funeral Home, Grove City, with the Rev. Reginald Lilly, Pastor of Harrisville United Methodist Church officiating.
