    Ethel N. Deremer, 74, died Feb. 22, 1982 in the Cumberland, Md., Nursing
  Home.  
    She was born Jan. 1, 1908 in Fairhope, and was a daughter of the late
  John Smith and Dora Ellen (Suder) Smith.
    Mrs. Deremer was a member of Wellersburg United Church of Christ.
    She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Alma M. Emerick, Wellersburg; a
  sister, Mrs. Grace Glessner, Somerset; three grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where
  services were conducted in the funeral home by the Rev. Leroy Logsdon and
  the Rev. Timothy Stamper.  Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
