Deremer, son of the late Jesse and Emeline Baker Deremer, aged 55 years, 1 month and 3 days, died March 9th, at his home here, after an illness of two weeks. He was twice married. His first wife, Laura DeVore Deremer, died in 1918. In 1925, he married Lydia Smith Hutzell, who survives, also three sons, Paul, Lawrence and Harry, of Corrigansville, Md., and one daughter, Grace, at home, and five grandchildren, also by three sisters, Mrs. Etta Markwood of this place, Mrs. Jennie Barkley of Hyndman and Mrs. Clara Shaulis, of Boswell, and one brother, Charles Deremer, of Pittsburgh. Funeral services were held in the Comp Church, Saturday afternoon, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Clara Shaulis, Boswell; C. C. Deremer, Pittsburgh, Donald Gaumer, Johnstown; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Glessner, Somerset; Mrs. Jennie Barkley and son- in-law, Harold Miller, Hyndman, and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Winbrenner, Mt.
