  DERENCIN
  
  Dorothy Marie Derencin, 86, of Somerset, died June 18, 2003 at Simeon's
  Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born June 1, 1917 in McKeesport, she is the
  daughter of the late William J. and Hilda (Gross) O'Hara.  Also preceded in
  death by a sister, Catherine Smith.  Survived by husband of 59 years,
  Elliott "Shorty" Derencin; daughters Mrs. Donald R. (Arleen) Hetzer of
  Ocala, Fla. and Mrs. Ross (Rita) Gary of Somerset.  Grandchildren: Charles
  Landis, Christine Harrington, Brian and Adam Hetzer, Renee Casey, Rebecca
  Baker and Ryan Gary.  Great-grandchildren:  Danielle, Dexter and Brady
  Landis, Erica and Cory Herrington, Jenings Casey, Victoria and Allison
  Baker.  Member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and a 1934 graduate of St.
  Peter's Catholic School in McKeesport.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Friday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be
  held at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Rev. Monsignor
  Samuel J. Tomaselli, celebrant.  Committal in Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  Vigil for the deceased will be held at 3:45 p.m. Friday. 
  Contributions may be made to either St. Peter's Catholic Church or St.
  Peter's Catholic School, 443 W. Church St., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
