  FILOMENA DESMOND
  
    Filomena Desmond, 82, of Meyersdale, died April 17, 1979 at her home. 
  Born June 20, 1896, in Italy, she was preceded in death by her husband,
  Nicholas.
    She is survived by one son, Deiro, of King of Prussia; one daughter,
  Ermalinda, of Meyersdale; five grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
    She was a member of Saint Phillip [sic] and James Catholic Church and the
  Ladies International Garmet [sic] Workers Union.
    Friends will be received in the Leckemby Funeral Home.  Funeral mass will
  be said Friday at 10 a.m. in Saint Phillip and James Catholic Church with
  the Rev. Father Clark George officiating.  Interment in the Church Cemetery.
