  DESMOND
  
    Mrs. Winifred G. Desmond, 90, Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of West 
  Ray Street, Somerset, died Jan. 4, 1981.  Born Dec. 12, 1890, in Leisenring, 
  Fayette County.  Daughter of the late James and Margaret (Branigan) Tipping. 
    Preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Survived by several nieces and 
  nephews.  Member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Somerset.  Friends 
  will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Richard E. 
  Haugher Funeral Home.  Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Wednesday 
  at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Somerset, with the Rev. 
  Father Samuel Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery. Rosary 
  will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
