Born Sept. 9, 1918, in Elk Lick Township, she is the daughter of the late Simon and Elizabeth (Otto) Maust. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harley Olen Detrick, Feb. 8, 2000. She is survived by two sons, Roger E. Detrick, Lexington Park, Md.; Kenneth J. Detrick, Springs; two daughters, Barbara L. Brown, Castlebury, Fla.; Harriet E. Berg, Hidden Valley; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, Md. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Springs Mennonite Church. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in Springs Cemetery.
