  DEMETRIOUS DETRICK
  
    Demetrious M. Detrick, 71, of Friendsville, Md., died Aug. 18, 1975, at 
  his residence.  Born Jan. 22, 1904, in Garrett County, Md., he was a son of 
  the late Lenious and Mary (Clevenger) Detrick.
    He was a member of Sand Spring Church of God.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Sadie Sines; four sons, Roger Detrick, 
  Junior and Richard Detrick, all of Friendsville; and Robert Detrick, 
  stationed with the Army in Germany; seven daughters, Mrs. Betty Galloway, 
  Bruceton Mills, W. Va.; Mrs. Evelyn Griffith, Addison; Mrs. Hazel Sumption, 
  Mansfield, Ohio; Mrs. Mary Hurst, Ashland, Ohio;  Mrs. Sherrie Salas, Las 
  Vegas, N.M.; and Mrs. Maude Umble and Mrs. Eleanor Cole, both of 
  Friendsville; also six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
    He was a brother of Chalmer Detrick, Friendsville; Bruce Detrick, 
  Baltimore, Md.; Roy Detrick, Hazelton, W. Va.; Mrs. Maude Wheaton and Mrs. 
  Ruth Mason, both of Florida; and Mrs. Becky Frazee, Friendsville.
    Funeral service was conducted Friday, Aug. 22, in Sand Spring Church of 
  God with the Rev. Jack Gray officiating.  Interment in the church cemetery.
