  PHYLLIS DEVOE
  
    Phyllis (Schrock) Devoe, 69, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Dec. 9, 1996, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Jan. 22, 1927, in Meyersdale, a daughter
  of Ruth (Landis) Schrock of Meyersdale RD 1 and the late Clarence V.
  Schrock.  Besides her mother, she is survived by two sons:  Roger of
  Meyersdale RD 1 and Gary of Charlestown, W.Va., and five grandchildren. 
  Member of the Main St. Brethren Church.  Owned and operated Phyllis Schrock
  Beauty Shop.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday
  at Leckemby Funeral Home, where service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, with
  Pastor Robert Stahl.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
