  TROY B. DeWITT
  
    Troy B. DeWitt, 76, of Friendsville RD 1, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1974,
  in Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland, Md.  A native of Sang Run, he
  was a son of the late Lafayette and Teresa (Savage) DeWitt.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Cora Mae Uphold; five daughters, Mrs.
  Marie Alexander, Frostburg; Mrs. Dolly Fike, Addison; Mrs. Leona Tressler,
  Grafton, W.Va.; Mrs. Betty Vincent, Salisbury; and Mrs. Norma Uphold,
  Friendsville, Md.; two sons, Son DeWitt, Oakland, and Otis DeWitt, New
  Cumberland, Pa.; 23 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two sisters
  and a brother, Mrs. Anna Friend and Lloyd DeWitt, Cuppett-Weeks Nursing
  Home; and Mrs. Elma King, Friendsville.
    Funeral service was conducted Tuesday afternoon in Newman Funeral Home,
  Friendsville, with Rev. John Schrimshire officiating.  Interment in
  Blooming Rose Cemetery.
