  CARL EUGENE DICKEY
  
    Carl Eugene Dickey, 71, of Berlin RD 1, died April 21, 1995, at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Sept. 21, 1923, in Berlin, son of Harry
  and Mary (Bowman) Dickey.  Preceded in death by parents, and grandson,
  Randy Martz.  Survived by his wife of 26 years the former Martha (Leister)
  Martz; step children:  Herman Martz married to the former Shirley Kennell
  of Meyersdale RD 4, Mrs. Glenn Mae Diehl of Glencoe, Carl Martz of
  Washington state, and Philip Martz married to the former Druscilla Whipkey
  of Berlin, RD 4; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.  Brother of
  Geneve Shanaberger of Lynchburg, Va., Lois Krause of Berlin RD 4, and
  Ronald B. Dickey of Alliance, Ohio.  Retired from Maple Mountain Manor. 
  Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin.  Family will receive
  friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin
  where service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday Rev. Ralph G. Landis.  Interment,
  Berlin IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be given to Somerset Home
  Health and Hospice, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
