  FRANCIS R. DICKEY
  
  Francis R. Dickey, 75, of Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 15, 1908,
  in Black Township, the son of the late Edwin and Mary (Whistler) Dickey. 
  Also preceded in death by his first wife, the former Mary Yowler; one son;
  five brothers and two sisters.  Survived by his second wife, the former
  Leora (Yinkey) Kelly; and these children:  Francis Jr. of Rockwood; Robert
  and Donald, both of Somerset; Mrs. Helen Hoyman of Berlin; and two
  stepdaughters, Jean Wolk and Virginia Henderson, both of Somerset; also 18
  grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.  Brother of Galen of Rockwood;
  Mrs. Milton (Lydia) Bailey, Bilivar; and Ada Leeper, Columbus, Ohio. 
  Member of Milford United Methodist Church and the UMWA.  Friends received
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Richard
  E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m.
  with the Rev. Donald Krestar officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.
