  HAZEL DICKEY
  
  Hazel Dickey, 98, of Berlin died July 4, 2003 at Meadow View Nursing
  Center, Berlin.  Born Aug. 25, 1904 in Garrett, daughter of John and Anna
  (Ackerman) Holland.  Preceded in death by parents; husband John S.;
  daughter Emily M.; sisters Ruth Ling and Alma Huston; and a brother James
  Holland.  Survived by a son Jack S. married to the former Janice Walker of
  Stoystown, grandchildren:  Cathy of Stoystown, Jill married to Steve Miller
  of Somerset, and John of New York City, great-granddaughters:  Emily and
  Elizabeth Satkovich, and Whitney Miller.  Also survived by a sister Mildred
  Zorn of Berlin, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.  She was a lifetime
  member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin where she served as flower
  chairperson for 28 years.  Member of Berlin Fire Co. Auxiliary, and Somerset
  Trinity Chapter 138 O.E.S.  She voted in every election since the age of
  21.  Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7 to
  9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin where a service will be held at
  10 a.m. Monday.  Rev. John L. Emig officiating.  Interment Berlin IOOF
  Cemetery.
