  MISS ALTA M. DIEHL
  
    Miss Alta M. Diehl, 75, of Buffalo Mills, died Dec. 12, 1973, in Bedford
  County Memorial Hospital.
    Born June 10, 1898, in Manns Choice, she was a daughter of the late
  Howard I. and Angeline (Hixson) Diehl.
    She was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ and was a retired
  school teacher, having taught for a number of years in the Hyndman area.
    She is survived by a brother, Dwight Diehl, of Hyndman.
    Funeral service was held Friday afternoon in Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, with Rev. George O. Butz officiating.  Interment in Milligan's
  Cove Cemetery.
