MAE DIEHL

  Word was received here this (Thursday) morning of the death of Miss Mae Diehl 
on Tuesday, Aug. 7.  Miss Diehl was a former resident of Meyersdale and 
conducted a millinery store on Center Street for many years.  During the past 
ten years she was employed in Philadelphia by a wholesale hat company.  She 
passed away suddenly at the home of her sister, Mrs. Virgil Bidde at Bedford.  
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 3:30 at the Bidde 
residence, Bedford.
