  Ruth Irene Diehl, 85, of Kingwood, W.Va., formerly of Addison, Pa., died
  Feb. 14, 1987, at Heartland, Preston County.  Born Aug. 21, 1901, in
  Wilkinsburg, daughter of the late James A. and Ada Mae (Bitts) Leeper. 
  Preceded in death by one daughter.  Survived by her husband, Victor H.
  Diehl, Addison; two sons: James N. Diehl, Addison; and David J. Diehl,
  Belle Vernon; one siter, Elsie Jantz, Pittsburgh; six grandchildren; five
  great-grandchildren.  Member of the Nazarene Church of Confluence.  Retired
  registered nurse.  Friends will be received at the Carl R. Spear Funeral
  Home, Brandonville, W. Va., 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday.  She will lie in state
  at the Church of God, Route 40, Markleysburg, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
  Tuesday, the time of service, with the Rev. Donald DeHaven officiating. 
  Interment, Addison Cemetery.
