    Bruce Carl Dietle, 82, Kingsville, Md., died  Dec. 22, 2007, at York Memorial
  Hospital,  York. Born Jan. 19, 1924, in Pocahontas, a  son of the late Rimon and Ruth Ada
  (Arklie)  Dietle. Also preceded in death by his wife,  Susan F. (Belcher) Dietle, sister,
  Catherine Deal  and brother, Sylvester Dietle. Beloved father  of Daryl B. Dietle,
  Kingsville, Md.; Marlin D. Dietle, Kingsville; Melissa Anne Williams,  Mount Wolf; and
  Diane E. Pellegrini, Baldwin, Md. Grandfather of Brian, Kelsey,  Travis and Elizabeth and
  great-grandfather of Liam. A brother of Ada Goodwin. Bruce spent his early years working
  at the home farm in  Pocahontas. A veteran of the U.S. Army World  War II, where he was a
  paratrooper fighting on the front lines as a member of the 82nd Airborne.  After the war,
  he returned to Meyersdale where he  met his wife, Susan. They moved to Baltimore where he
  worked for local 37 as an operating  engineer and then started a family business. After
  retiring in 1986, he enjoyed being with his  family, friends and enjoying music. Friends
  will be received 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale,
  where a service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. The Rev.  David\ Fetter officiating.
  Interment, Greenville  Union Cemetery, Greenville Township. In lieu of flowers, memorials
  may be directed to Restoration Family Worship Center, 440 Little Britlan Road,  Peach
  Bottom, PA 17563. Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.

      Bruce Carl Dietle, 82 of Kingsville, MD, died December 22, 2007 at 
  York Memorial Hospital in York.
      He was born January 19, 1924 in Pocahontas, son of the late Simon and 
  Ruth Ada (Arklie) Dietle. Also preceded in death by his wife, Susan F. 
  (Belcher) Dietle; sister, Catherine Deal; and brother, Sylvester Dietle.
