  CHARLES L. DIGMAN 
  
    Charles Leslie Digman, 59, of 1532-B Oldtown Manor, died June 24, at
  Sacred Heart Hospital.
    He was born September 22, 1917, in Volga, W. Va., a son of the late
  Charles and Blanche (Post) Digman.
    Mr. Digman was a retired employe [sic] of the Cumberland Street
  Department and a member of the Central Assembly of God Church.
    Survivors include his widow, Ruth I. (Haines) Digman; one son, Donald L.
  Digman, Frostburg, Md.; two daughters, Mrs. Dixie Lee Gordon, Grantsville,
  Md.; and Mrs. Sharon L. Mulvaney, Orlando, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth
  Poling, Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs. Edith Wegman, Cumberland, Md.; and four
  grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Scapelli Funeral Home.
