Born in Salisbury, she was a daughter of the late Robert P. and Helena (McKenzie) Walker. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and the Sodality of the church. She is survived by her husband, Herman R. Dishong; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Gracie, Frostburg, and Mrs. JoAnn Hanson, Fort Ashby; a son, Robert C. Dishong, Midland; a brother, Ezra T. Walker, Bradenton, Fla.; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends were received at the Durst Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Church. Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were John McKenzie, Gary Barmoy, Franklin Shoemaker, John Shoemaker, W. Donald Dishong and David Sutton. The Republic, February, 26, 1981 [D0678]
