  Esther Mae DiValentino, 65, Meyersdale, died Aug. 4, 1982, at Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born Feb. 9, 1917, in Salisbury, she was a
  daughter of the late Robert and Flora (Ringler) Newman.  She is survived by
  her husband, Galileo; two daughters, Carol Ann and Rose Marie, both at home;
  three brothers: Ted and Joe, both of Meyersdale RD 1, and Charles, Dunkirk,
  N.Y.; and two sisters: Mrs. Harriet Gerber, Reading, and Mrs. Carmen Folk,
  Meyersdale.  She was a member of the Grace Brethren Church.  Friends will
  be received after 7 p.m. Thursday at the Leckemby Funeral Home until 10
  a.m. Saturday, where she will be taken to the Grace Brethren Church to lie
  in state until 11 a.m. at the time of service with the Rev. Albert
  Valentine officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
