Diveley, 81, of Meyersdale, died Aug. 19, 1980 at home. She was born April 13, 1899, in Lake Benton, Minn., a daughter of the late Olaus and Annie (Olsen) Njos. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merl D. Diveley, three sisters and one brother. She is survived by two sons: Victor E. Diveley of North Scituate, R.I.; Merl D. Diveley of Garrett RD 1; also four daughters: Mrs. Mary Pritts of Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. Esther Johnson, Garrett RD 1; Mrs. Betty Bungard, Meyersdale; and Mrs. Helen D. Wagner of Salisbury; one brother, Erwin Njos of Mobridge, S.D.; also two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Simpson, Mrs. Alice DeSart, both of Mobridge, S.D.; Mrs. Esther Mae Lecocq, of Tucson, Ariz.; also 23 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church of Meyersdale and a retired employee of the Meyersdale Mfg. Co. Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services were held with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating. Interment, Meyersdale Union Cemetery.
