Dively, 77, Sebring, Fla., formerly of Friedens, died May 25, 1985, at Walker Memorial Hospital, Avon Park, Fla. He was a son of the late George and Maggie (Glessner) Dively. Survived by his wife, Mary (Weimer) Dively; and two daughters, Mrs. Roy J. Walker and Mrs. Richard W. Keesey; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Member of the Resurrection Lutheran Church, Avon Park, Fla. Member of the Spring Grove Post 5265 Veterans of Foreign Wars, a Navy veteran of WW II, and a former justice of the peace and special tax collector in Somerset County. He retired in 1973 as a district magistrate from the 16th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Services will be held at 1 p.m. May 29 at the Sauter Funeral Home, 175 N. Main St., Spring Grove, with the Rev. Douglas E. Cromer officiating. Interment, Mt. Rose Cemetery, York. Viewing will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
