  MRS. PENN G. DIVELY
  
    Mrs. Katherine W. Dively, 59, of 307 E. Campus Avenue,
  Davidsville, formerly of Meyersdale, died July 12, 1975,
  in Memorial Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Jan. 18, 1916, in
  Salisbury, she was a daughter of the late George and Huldah
  (Brenneman) Wagner.
    Surviving are her husband, Penn G. Dively, two children,
  Carolyn, wife of Dorsey F. Thomas, Davidsville: and
  William P. Dively, married to the former Lynn Auman,
  Pittsburgh: and two grandsons, John George Thomas and
  Eric Eugene Dively:  and a brother, Bernard Wagner of
  Mechanicsburg.
    Mrs. Dively was a member of St. David's Luthern Church
  and Ladies' Christian Workers.
