All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ MARY McLUCKIE DIVELY Mrs. Mary McLuckie Dively, 62, widow of the late Fred Dively and daughter of the late Robert and Emma (Angwin) McLuckie, longtime residents of Brothersvalley Township, died in a Salem (Ohio) Hospital, on Sunday, August 20, of Bright's disease. She had been in poor health for about a year, but was seriously ill in the hospital for only a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Dively, former residents of Brothersvalley, moved to Butler, Pa., about 35 years ago and from there moved to Greenford, Ohio, where they bought a farm and brought up their family. After Mr. Dively's death, Mrs. Dively made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Leonard Hizely of Columbiana, Ohio. She is survived by these children: Dr. Olin Dively, Blandonville, Ill.; Robert Dively, Canton, Ohio; Mrs. Elizabeth Hizely, and Miss Geneva Dively, a teacher in San Antonio, Texas; also these brothers and sisters: Benjamin McLuckie, Somerset; Robert McLuckie of California; William McLuckie, and Mrs. Cora Miller, Berlin; and Mrs. Anna Hay and Mrs. Emily Glessner, Brothersvalley Twp. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 23, with interment in the Columbiana Cemetery. Friends and relatives from Berlin attending the funeral of Mrs. Dively were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hay, Mrs. Harry Glessner, Mrs. Edward Miller and William and Benjamin McLuckie.
