Survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert E.; children: Randy married to Donna Emerick, Berlin; Jerry, Italy; Jeffrey, Upper Darby; Toni Lynn, Virginia Beach; and Brian, Elkton; grandchildren: Adri Keefer, Randi Mitchell, Sheena, Levi, Logan, Dylan, Nicole and Ashley Dively and great-grandchildren: Makayla, Shayna and Triston Keefer, Johnny and Vance Simmons. Also survived by brothers Mark Lowery, Iowa and Roy Lowery, Delaware. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
