  DOERZBACHER
  
    Catherine (Kay) Doerzbacher, 79, South Kimberly Avenue, died Sept. 
  16, 1997 in Somerset Hospital.  Born Oct. 10, 1917 in Lakewood, N.J., the 
  daughter of the late Charles and Mollie (Young) Johnson.  Preceded in 
  death by her husband Raymond E. in 1969 and a brother Kenneth.  Survived 
  by these children: Kenneth E., married to the former Mary Ann Bidner, 
  Apollo; Edward J., Somerset and Ann Marie, married to George Fabiano, 
  Glasgow, N.Y.  Also two grandchildren: Kelly Joe Doerzbacher and Jennifer 
  Lynn Firestone, and great-grandson Michael Firestone.  She was a member 
  of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church and a Lioness of Stoystown Lions 
  Club.  Retired employee of Somerset Hospital.  She loved to travel and 
  tend her flowers.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today 
  in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where a wake service will be 
  conducted at 8:45 p.m. Mass of Christian burial Friday at 9:30 a.m. in St. 
  Peter's Catholic Church. Monsignor Samuel Tomaselli the celebrant 
  officiating.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
