    Esther (Lamonica) Donia, 81, of Somerset RD 2, formerly of Boswell, died
  Sept. 20, 1996, at Somerset Hospital.  Born April 9, 1915, in Johnstown,
  daughter of Frank and Josephine (Sclaroa) Lamonica.  Preceded in death by
  parents; husband, Fiore A., 1967; and brothers, Sebastian "Bussy" and
  Vincent Sr.  Survived by sons, Samuel F., Stoystown; and Francis A.,
  married to Peggy Gisbrecht, with whom she resided; grandchildren: Sheryl
  Eutin, Melissa Donia-Witosky, Samuel A., Joseph, Jackie, Anthony, Scott and
  Shannon Donia; great-grandchildren: Antonio Donia, Evan Witosky and Emily
  Eutin; and a brother, Samuel, Somerset.  Also survived by sisters-in-law,
  Ann Lamonica, Boswell; Mamie Donia, Kennett Square; and Nellie Donia,
  Cleveland, Ohio; former daughter-in-law, Donna (Raley) Donia, Stoystown;
  and numerous nieces and nephews.  Member of All Saints Catholic Parish,
  ILGWU, Boswell Lodge 1780 Sons of Italy, St. Joseph's Goldenaires and
  auxiliary  to the Boswell Fire Department.  Retired seamstress for the
  former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell, with over 35 years
  service.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Sunday, at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where Wake
  service will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, auxiliary service at 3 p.m. Sunday
  and S.O.I. memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.  Mass of Christian burial
  at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Church, Boswell, Rev. Father Blase
  Wegierski, O.F.M. Conv., celebrant.  Interment, Jenner Township.
