Born Jan. 22, 1912 in Berlin. Son of Harry H. and Ida (Walker) Donner. Preceded in death by parents, his wife the former Ferne J. Bauermaster, brother Clyde, and sister Margaret Sarver. Survived by these children: Lee married to the former Joan Baker, Meyersdale; Lynn married to the former Patricia Farber, Somerset; Neil married to the former Amy Farley, Westlake Village, Calif., and Deanna married to Matthew Blazevich, Annapolis, Md. Grandchildren Mark and Christopher Blazevich, Stephen, Michael, Erika and Michelle Donner. Step-grandchildren Deborah Bittner, Constance Scotchel, Mary Beth Akbay, Albert and William Farber. 19 great-grandchildren and good friend Arline Shultz of Salisbury. Brother of Betty McGregor of Altoona, Ruth France of Berlin, and Robert of California. Retired owner/operator of Donner Insurance, Berlin. Member of Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren where he was a former deacon. Past member and president of Berlin Lions Club and past Lions district governor. Past member of Berlin VFD and Somerset Country Club. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Viewing from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Brothersvalley Church of the Brethren, Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating. Interment, Pike Cemetery, Brotherton.
