  James W. Dougherty, 73, died May 15, 1977, in Berlin.  In addition to those
  mentioned, he is survived by a brother, Gerald of Pittsburgh.  Funeral
  services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic
  Church, Somerset.
