  Charles Edward Douglas, 65, Markleton RD 1, died Dec. 27, 1978, in Mercy
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born June 14, 1913, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of
  the late William L. and Maude (Anderson) Douglas.  Survived by his wife,
  Mary Elizabeth (Rapp) Douglas, and the following children: Mrs. Donna J.
  Heselbarth, Mrs. Joan E. Wilmus, both of South Pasadena, Calif.; Dwight C.,
  Atlanta, Ga.; Clifford C. and Glenn C., both at home; three grandchildren;
  three sisters: Mrs. Rebecca Seel, Mrs. Jeanette Adams, both of Glenshaw,
  and Mrs. Elizabeth Allmendinger, Knox; and a brother, Andrew D., Butler.
  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with
  the Rev. Carl Hull officiating.  Interment, Jefferson Memorial Park.  In
  lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Presbyterian
  Window Fund, 132 E. Union St., Somerset.
