    Nicholas Drab, 81, of Garfield Heights, Ohio, formerly of Berlin, died
  Feb., 22, 1998, at Jennings Hall, Garfield Heights.  Born Dec. 17, 1916, in
  Pine Hill, son of Theodore Drab and Anna (Slavich) Drab Tirko.  Preceded in
  death by parents, stepfather, Michael Tirko, and an infant son.  Survived
  by his wife of 43 years, the former Ruth Shockey, and these daughters: 
  Vivian, married to Jerry Copley, Hudson, Ohio; Ruth, married to Kenneth
  Reed, Atlanta, Ga., and Linda, married to Daniel Berdysz, Twinsburgh, Ohio,
  5 granddaughters.  Brother of John Drab, Glen Burnie, Md,, and Mary
  Zimmerman, Linthicum Heights, Md.  Also numerous nieces and nephews.  World
  War II Marine sergeant.  Retired construction worker.  Family will receive
  friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where
  Parastas will be held at 7:30 p.m.  Short service at the funeral home at
  8:30 a.m. Thursday,
   followed by Divine Liturgy at SS. Peter and Paul's Russian Orthodox
  Church, Goodtown, Very Rev. John Govrusik officiating.  Interment, Berlin
  IOOF Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be given to Jennings Hall, 10204
  Granger Rd., Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125.  Graveside military rite by
  Berlin American Legion and VFW.
