Dugan, 79, of Frostburg, Md., died Wednesday, October 23, 1987, in the Frostburg Village Nursing Home, where she had resided for one week. Born in Avilton, Md., March 23, 1908, she was a daughter of the late Raymon and Lulu (Robison) McKenzie. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin, and Court St. Michael 2058, Catholic Daughters of America. Her husband, William Dugan, died in 1973. Survivors include one daughter, Linda Barry, and two sons, William G. Dugan Sr. and Robert L. Dugan Sr., all of Frostburg, Md.; three brothers, Austin McKenzie and Leonard McKenzie, both of Finzel, Md.; and Paul McKenzie, Avilton, Md.; two sisters, Ann Fowler, Grantsville, Md.; Mary Emma Warnick, Mount Clemens, Mich.; nine grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Friends were received in the Durst Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael's Catholic Church by Msgr. John L. Reinsfelder.
