  DUGAN
  
  Cora M. Dugan, 82, of Berlin, died Sept. 9, 1985, at Somerset Community 
  Hospital.  She was born Jan. 15, 1903, in Johnstown, daughter of Herman 
  and Barbara (Helman) Webb.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, 
  Toner L., in 1972; three brothers; and two sisters.  Survived by daughter, 
  Mrs. Irvin (Dolores) Blough of Berlin RD 1; two grandchildren; and two 
  great grandchildren.  Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at 
  the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. 
  Thursday, the Rev. Donald Ansell officiating.  Interment, Mt. Union 
  Cemetery, Salix.
