Dugan, 61, Champion, died Sept. 22, 1997, in the Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant. Born Sept. 1, 1936, in Somerset, son of the late Emerson and Maggie (Shawley) Dugan. He was a graduate of Somerset High School and was formerly employed at Seven Springs Resort. He was a member of the Center Church of the Brethren at Trent. He is survived by one brother, Fred Dugan, Donegal; two sisters: Kay Mathews, Champion, and Mrs. George (Mary) Pritts, Somerset RD 4, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Dugan. Friends will be received from noon until 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711 Melcroft, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev.
