Dugan, 59, of Somerset, died May 22, 1997, at Somerset Hospital. Born Oct. 19, 1937, in Somerset, a son of the late Emerson and Maggie (Shawley) Dugan. He had worked at Seven Springs Resort for 25 years and Hidden Valley Resort for 10 years, and he worked in construction for several years. He was a licensed mechanic. He attended the Center Church of the Brethren in Champion. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Ritenour) Dugan; two sons: Rev. Ronald Dugan and his wife Cindy of Perkasie, and Kelly Dugan of Melcroft; two stepsons: Ronald Friend Jr., and his wife Nancy of Mill Run, and James Friend of Rockwood; two daughters: Mrs. William (Jody) LaRosa of Melcroft, and Mrs. Albert (Colleen) Zelasko of Indian Head. Also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren; two brothers: Henry Dugan of Indian Head, and Fred Dugan and wife Barbara of Stahlstown; two sisters: Mrs. George (Mary) Pritts of Somerset, and Kay Mathews of Indian Head. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., Rt. 711, Melcroft, where funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with Rev.
