WOMAN DIES FROM KICK - Tries To Pull Border Out of Bed - Man Arrested

  Mrs. Annie Dumba, aged fifty, died in her home in Johnstown, Pa, according to 
the police, from injuries she received when she was attacked by John Chupka, a 
border. It was reported that the woman went to the border's room to awaken him. 
When she was unable to arouse him the woman started to drag him out of bed by 
his feet and he is alleged to have kicked her in the abdomen. Chupka has been 
arrested.
