  Avanelle Violet (Walter) Dunmeyer

  Avanelle Violet (Walter) Dunmeyer, 91, Somerset, went to be with her Lord
  July 29, 2004, at Somerset Hospital.  Born May 21, 1913, in Black Township,
  she is the daughter of the late Oran H. and Eva (Lape) Walter.  Also
  preceded in death by husband, George A. Dunmeyer, and sister Irene (Walter)
  Bittner.  Survived by daughter, Delores Riggins, Somerset; grandchildren:
  Mrs. Richard (Kathy) Bujda, Berlin, Conn., David Weller and friend Carla,
  Somerset, Mrs. Richard (Susan) Fogie, Somerset, Wade Weller and friend
  Wanda, Cumberland, Md.; and Pamela Stahl and friend, Jim, Ebensburg;
  great-grandchildren: Richard, Christopher and Carson Fogie, Savanna Weller,
  Stephanie Stahl, Samantha Weller, Elizabeth Bujda, Bryce Dougherty and David
  Smith.  Lifelong member of Milford United Methodist Church where she taught
  Bible school and Sunday school and also was a member of the Ladies
  Fellowship and Superintendent of the Cradle Roll.  Friends received from 7
  to 9 p.m. Friday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Robert H. 
  Halverson Funeral Home and from 12:30 p.m. to time of service at 1:30 p.m. 
  Sunday in the Milford United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Randall Bain, the
  Rev. Donald Krestar and the Rev. Marlin Miller will officiate.  Interment in
  St. John's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the
  Milford United Methodist Church.
