She was born April 13, 1927, in Graysville, a daughter of John Hagen Stewart Sr. and Dora Belle Longstreth Stewart. On July 29, 1946 she married Lloyd Elmer Dunton who died March 10, 1999. She is also preceded in death by a sister, Audrene L. Wise; two brothers, Kenneth C. Stewart who was killed in the Korean War and John Hagen Stewart Jr. She was the last of her immediate family. Surviving are three sons, Brian Dunton and his fiancˇe, Levada Ackerman, Somerset; Kevin, husband of Louise Dunton, Baltimore; and Craig Dunton, Lake Wales, Fla.; four grandchildren, Danny, Creaig, Eric and Elizabeth Dunton; and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Dunton had resided in Grantsville and Baltimore and Somerset prior to returning to Greene County and the Graysville area in 1993, where she resided until moving to Waynesburg in 2000. She was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church at Graysville and is a 1945 graduate of Richhill Township High School and a graduate of Catherman's Business College in Cumberland, Md. Mrs. Dunton was a former employee of Thycol Industries in Cumberland and was also employed as a desk clerk with Best Western and in the housekeeping department for the Town & Country Apartments both in Baltimore. She was last employed by the National Development Corp. in Somerset for 10 years prior to retiring in 1993. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, music in general and playing the mandolin. At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing. The public is invited to attend graveside services 11 a.m. Friday in Rosemont Cemetery, Center Township, Greene County. The Rev.
