  Karl J. Duppstadt Sr., 74, Buckstown Road, Stoystown, died Nov. 11, 2005, at
  home.
  Born June 10, 1931, in Somerset, son of Harry and Nellie (Stutzman) Duppstadt.
  Preceded in death by parents and brother, Virgil. Survived by his wife of 54
  years, the former Jean Walker; children: Karl Jr. of Stoystown, Keith, married
  to the former Karen Petka, Swathmore, Amy, married to Michael DeLambo,
  Charleston, S.C., and Craig, married to the former Jona Jacobelli, Johnstown;
  grandchildren: Jamie Byron, Heidi, Erik, Natasha, Christopher, Joseph, Caroline
  and Kate Duppstadt and Ali DeLambo and great-granddaughter, Katie Byron. Brother
  of Erma Payne, Walnut Creek, Calif. and Richard Duppstadt, Stoystown. Graduate
  of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School. Retired from Local 66 Operating
  Engineers. Member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Buckstown and Stoystown Lions
  Club. He enjoyed antiqueing and raising and selling vegetables. Family will
  receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown where
  a Lions service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday. A memorial service will be held
  at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Buckstown. The Rev. Robert J.
  Way officiating. Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown. In lieu of flowers,
  contributions may be given to the Stoystown Lions Club, Stoystown, PA 15563.
