  Mrs. Elsie M. Durst, 85, of Meyersdale, died Aug 20, 1986, at the Church of
  the Brethren Home, Windber.  Born March 5, 1901, in Keyser Ridge, Md., a
  daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Mort) Butler.  Preceded in death by
  husband, Jonas and daughter, Leota and sons, Harrison and Clay.  Survived
  by these children: Anguis, and Mrs. Frances Shuck, both of Meyersdale; Mrs.
  Hazel Faidley, Berlin RD 4; Carl, and Wilbur both of Bakersfield, Calif.; 15
  grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Della Warnick of
  Magadore, Ohio.  Friends will be received at the Leckemby Funeral Home
  after 3:30 p.m. Friday, where service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev.
  Ralph Mills officiating.  Interment, Springs Cemetery.
